Relay for Life 2013 is Tonight!

Boulder City High School track…that’s where Relay for Life 2013 kicks off tonight at 6pm!

The relay begins at 6pm tonight and runs (well, walks) ALL NIGHT LONG until 6am tomorrow morning.  This year’s 19 teams (consisting of 366 participants, by the way) will camp out at the track and take turns walking or running around a track or path.

Because cancer never sleeps, the Relay is an overnight event and each team will have a representative on the track at all times.

The American Cancer Society’s website shows Boulder City teams have raised $29,078.21 so far…OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!

Shout out for the top fundraising team “Tough times don’t last…tough people do!” led by Jason McGuinness…but watch out – looks like “BC Republican Women” led by Joan B. McCartney is right at your back door!

You can see the full team list by clicking here and you can see the participant list by clicking here….plus, the DONATE NOW button is really accessible for each team and participant from those very pages
