The annual Relay for Life event kicks off on Friday, April 25th over at the Boulder City High School track, so come on out to show your support for all of the awesome Relay for Life teams here in Boulder City!
The event will begin at 6pm on Friday, April 25th and continue through until 6am on Saturday, April 26th…yes, it starts at 6:00 AT NIGHT, goes ALL NIGHT LONG and ends at 6AM in the morning on Saturday. At Relay, teams of people will camp out at the track and take turns walking or running around the track. Because cancer never sleeps, the Relay is an overnight event and each team will have a representative on the track at all times.
The American Cancer Society’s website shows that Boulder City currently has 19 teams with a total of 158 participants having raised $11,724 so far.
