Ride the Rails with the Bunny Express!

We just love the folks over at Nevada Southern and they have a fantastic trip with the Easter Bunny coming up in April!! You won't want to miss this opportunity to bring the kiddos out for what looks like a great family outing. Here are the dates below:

• Friday, April 1 and Saturday, April 2 at 5:00PM and 7:00PM


• Friday, April 8 and Saturday, April 9 at 5:00PM and 7:00PM


• Friday, April 15 and Saturday, April 16 at 5:00PM and 7:00PM

You must purchase tickets in advance HERE. Riders need to arrive 30 minutes prior to run time to check in. Masks are required for all riders, per TSA regulations still in effect thru April 2022.

The Bunny Train is a 30 minute train ride with Story Time, a photo opportunity by DCI Photography with the famous Easter Bunny will be available for purchase at the Railyard Event Center. Riders can play games and learn about historic Boulder City and its railroad history. Trailhound Smokers will be on hand with BBQ pork or chicken sandwiches or hot dogs, along with chips and a beverage. We are also hearing that additional refreshments will be provided by Chilly Jilly'z.

The cost for this fun, festive holiday trip is $30 to $45 for adults or $25 to $40 for children ages 1-11. Children under 1 are free (on an adult's lap). There are discounts available for members of the Friends of the Nevada Southern Railway, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. You can find out how to become a member by CLICKING HERE. Be sure to purchase your tickets early because these special holiday events sell out quickly. The Nevada State Railroad Museum is located at 601 Yucca Street.
