Okay – I don’t know a LOT … but I do know a LITTLE, so that’s what I have to give to you today.
You might have noticed that the Boulder Inn & Suites has been shuttered for … gosh, a month or more. That’s because it fell into bankruptcy and after all was said and done, it had a new owner in early December.
His name is Mr. Balbir Gosal and he apparently owns some hotels/motels in Northern Nevada. As far as his intentions for the Boulder Inn & Suites, rumor is that he intends to fix things up and re-open the property, which is great news for us (as far as not having a closed down hotel or vacant property right there on Nevada Way).
And the OTHER scuttlebutt is that Mr. Gosal’s interests lie in hotel/motel management, not in food and beverage – so he’s working with one of our local restaurateur to completely revamp the Inner Circle bar into a cool, new, totally re-imagined restaurant/bar location.
