Secret Service Agents: Who Blinked?

Secret Service in Boulder City, NV 2012Since I’m still cracking up at their reactions a week later – I thought this would be a fun moment to share with you guys for today’s post.

Last Saturday night was the Annual Night of Lights at St. Jude’s Ranch for Children and as I mentioned in my post the week before (here), a couple of actual U.S. Secret Service agents volunteer their time to provide an escort for Santa Claus when he arrives.

I saw them later in the event (um, it wasn’t too hard to pick them out with those suits) and asked for a photo in full sunglasses gear for ya.

After I took the picture, I asked which one of them blinked (in my most disappointed voice) and you should have seen their faces as, for a split-second, each of them tried to figure out if it was him that ruined the shot!

It only took them a split-second to start laughing though…so proof of a sense of humor, as if we needed more proof than escorting Santa Claus, right?
