Sempra's 2.3 Million Solar Panels in the El Dorado Valley
Here's a piece from Channel 8 News that ran on Friday, March 16th -- it's about Sempra U.S. Gas & Power's dedication ceremony for their Copper Mountain Solar 2 facility -- one of the largest photovoltaic solar facilities in North America. And here's a staggering number...Sempra has 2.3 MILLION panels in the El Dorado Valley....that's a lotta juice (for which they pay Boulder City lease money, btw)!
