Last night, the City Council upheld the Boulder City Planning Commission’s decision to uphold the decision to grant a demolition permit for the Six Companies Hospital.
That sounds pretty confusing, even to me – so, the short version is that as of now, the old hospital building at 701 Park Place can start being torn down as soon as the developer wishes to begin. Single family homes are the planned use for that land in the future.
