Dreaded by children … rejoiced by parents — school starts one week from today (Monday, August 29th, 2016)!
Local news broadcasts this weekend said that more than 90,000 students weren’t yet registered for school and since some major funding is determined by “first day of school registrations” – not registering in this next week could lessen the amount your school receives.
And an IMPORTANT REMINDER: As of last year, school registration is required EVERY YEAR — so if you registered last year and haven’t this year because you think you’re all set … NOT SO!
