Tax Amnesty, PPP Programs Rollout

The City and the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce are wanting to be sure that all residents and business owners are aware of the latest relief programs that are available to them.

State of Nevada Tax Amnesty Program

The State of Nevada has a program that begins February 1, running through May 1, 2021. Businesses or individuals who meet the criteria, may pay delinquent taxes without penalty or interest. You can learn about it HERE.

The types of taxes included in the program include basic taxes such as Property Taxes, Sales and Use Taxes and others.

Paycheck Protection Program – Second Draw

The Paycheck Protection Program is rolling out for another round, this time with $284 Billion in funds available nationwide, to support small business. As of today, the funding is available to both first and second-time borrowers, and the applications are open until March 31st.
