Come try a traditional Mexican favorite PRIME arranchera Carne Asada which is marinated and charbroiled. Secondly, they have the Steak Diablo a PRIME flap steak marinated and topped with a spicy chile ancho sauce and melted cheeses. They also have Mar y Tierra which is a Carne asada topped with shrimp sautéed in a chile morita garlic sauce. Last but not least they have Bistec Al Oscar a flank steak topped with a crab and shrimp medley and served with a poblano cream, also featuring their new pork tamale.
