Town Hall Meeting on Tourism, March 1st

Town Hall Tourism Meeting Boulder City, Nevada

Next Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 6pm at the Senior Center, there will be an open and informal Town Hall Meeting on Tourism hosted by Councilwoman Peggy Leavitt.

The purpose of the meeting will be two fold. Councilwoman Leavitt wants to first update the community on her efforts for the city as part of her role as point person to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Association (LVCVA). A representative from that association will be on hand as will Jill Lagan, CEO from the Chamber of Commerce.

Also she will be interested in hearing additional feedback, input and ideas from the community.

Peggy Leavitt says, “Mostly, I just want to provide a forum to let folks know what is currently going on, and some plans we have for the future (I will discuss an upcoming event we’re calling “Showcase Boulder City) and to get their feedback.”
