Fan Christine Sheen posted that she’d been into True Dollar last week and the shelves were AWFULLY bare! So she asked and indeed, they confirmed that they were relocating outside of Boulder City.
I popped in there yesterday to double-confirm and found out that this will apparently take place by the end of the month, so if you need to hit the store for anything, be sure you don’t delay too much longer!
Update: Fan Sue Sparks posted this on the Facebook page after this post went live: “Hi everyone, this is Sue @ True Dollar ( not dollar only). Just want to clarify with everyone that though our shelves are pretty empty that we are still in business and have no immediate plans as of right now to leave BC. We will be getting an order in late Wednesday this coming week. The beginning of this year has been very slow and that makes it hard to maintain inventory. We are talking about moving to somewhere with less over head or maybe subleasing so we don’t need to. Either way, we are trying very hard to stay here in BC. We appreciate are customers, your support and all of your prayers. Please continue to shop at True Dollar until and unless we are no longer here. Thank you.”
