Unofficial 2024 Election Results

In unofficial election results from the 2024 General Election, Boulder City voters have chosen Denise Ashurst to represent them on the City Council. She defeated incumbent Matt Fox for the final seat on the governing board. For Boulder City Question 1, regarding the funding for the construction of a new municipal pool, voters approved the transfer of $9 million from the Capital Improvement Fund specifically earmarked for new pool construction.

Early Voting (in person) appears to be the method most preferred by Clark County voters this year. As of the current tabulations, approximately 26% of the tabulated ballots were cast during the early voting period. Mail-in voting was a close second, at 24%. Keep in mind these values will change over the next few days as more mail-in ballots are collected and tabulated.

As of this writing, approximately 80% of the votes had been calculated. Nevada law allows for mail-in ballots postmarked on Election Day to be counted as long as they arrive within four business days by the Clark County Election Department. Election results are not official until canvassed by the City Council.
