Police Chief Thomas Finn hangs his hat up at Starbucks (in the Albertsons Plaza) on the 3rd Monday evening of each month and that’s rolling around this coming week (Monday, October 17th from 7pm – 9pm). The idea is to give residents the opportunity to come and talk to him about what might be concerning them.
Chief Finn’s weekly column in the most recent Boulder City Review was pretty interesting – it consisted of the answers to some questions/issues he’s received recently and covered everything from who gets the revenue generated when an NHP officer tickets someone within city limits to whether or not we have a Lost & Found for things you might come across in your travels through the city. And as you would expect, there were questions and issues on traffic and the construction zone on U.S. 93.
So if you have questions and/or concerns… or you are simply interested in topics like these and want the opportunity to ask or address them with the Chief — Starbucks is the place to be from 7-9pm on the 3rd Monday of each month (that’s 10/17, 11/21 and 12/19 for the rest of this year)!
