Social media has been buzzing with questions about the soon-to-be opening new restaurant located at The Tap, located on Nevada Way in front of the Best Western Hotel. For a month or so, a banner went up on the street-side seating balcony that a new Italian Restaurant would be coming soon, but everyone’s been wondering who/how/when.
We’ve got an early scoop for ya here!
We met up with Alex Gonzalez earlier this week and took a quick peek at what they’ve got going on there. They are giving the place a fresh clean look and plan to have both sides open for lunch and dinner – the tap room/bar with lighter eats and then a larger dinning service on the other side of the joint – assuming you all know the layout! He tells us the plan to feature 18 different brews and craft cocktails as well as other libations and all of it with a homey but authentic Italian flare!
Estimated opening time will be late spring to early summer and they’re working as fast as they can to get us all in there and enjoying this old-new-again hangout spot soon. We’ll keep you posted!
