Where is the Elaine K. Smith Building?

I’ve been seeing flyers around town that mention event locations of the “Elaine K. Smith Building” as their venues – so I thought I’d put it out there that this is the new name for the building that once housed the College of Southern Nevada (on the corner of Wyoming and Utah).

Bill and Elaine Smith owned this building and after CSN closed their Boulder City campus, the building was generously donated to the City by the Smith Family. Sadly, Elaine Smith has since passed away and the building was officially named in her honor.
