Kaitlyn Maldonado, Owner of Wildflower Salon
We recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Kaitlyn Maldonado, owner of the new Wildflower Salon located at 1400 Wyoming Street, Suite 4. She’s only been in business for a few weeks, but business has been good! This is no doubt due to the special services she offers, including private appointments for her clients. Kaitlyn has been styling hair for years and her clients are regulars who look forward to the specialized attention she gives them. Clients are scheduled by appointments only so you never feel rushed or distracted as she takes her time creating the style you want. She is currently accepting new clients. The salon offers the usual complements: Kaitlyn does cuts, colors and styles for women. In addition to that, she also offers cuts to men and children. Very often people make “family” appointments and they all come out looking fresh and fantastic!!! Children’s cuts are $15 until they turn 18 or graduate from high school. There are also discounts for first responders and veterans. Kaitlyn is a color specialist, blonding specialist, provides smoothing and deep conditioning hair treatments and also does facial waxing like brows, lips and noses,
Kaitlyn previously worked at Prism Salon in Henderson, before embarking on her own business. Her salon opened on May 22. She had many reasons for wanting to open her own salon, including being able to book her own clients, as well as have her own space that she could decorate and make her own. The salon has a very peaceful, laid back aesthetic which is perfect for clients looking for some pampering.
