Damboree Events for Independence Day 2026

Tomorrow is the 78th Annual Damboree Celebration Here is the rundown of where to go and be part of the extra special festivities this year:





  • Parade Spectator Setup: Spectators may begin setup at 5:00AM along the parade route.

  • Pancake Breakfast: The Rotary Club of Boulder City will hold their annual Pancake Breakfast in Bicentennial Park, 1100 Colorado Street, 7:00AM to 9:00AM. Start the day off right with yummy pancakes

  • Parade Flyover: The flyover starts at 9:00AM with the Boulder City Veterans’ Flying Group flyover down Nevada Way. We first told you about them HERE.

  • Damboree Parade: The parade commences immediately after the flyover. The route begins at Colorado Street and continues south on Nevada Way; turns left on Fifth Street and finishes at Sixth Street next to Broadbent Park. WATER TRUCKS, WATER BALLOONS, POWER WASHERS, POWER SPRAYERS, AND HIGH POWERED NOZZLES ARE PROHIBITED. Also note the parade is broken into two parts: non water entries pass first. Water entries bring up the rear of the parade. The water zone is on Fifth Street, from Avenue A to Avenue B and Avenue B to Sixth Street at the parade terminus.   • Broadbent Park: Various organizations and vendors will be selling food and beverages. Additionally a flag will be raised at the park at 1:00PM.

  • Coin Toss at Municipal Pool: The Boulder City Municipal Pool hosts the Coin Toss starting at 11:00AM.

  • Games at Broadbent Park: The Boulder City Parks and Recreation Department will have games beginning at 12:00PM.

  • Festivities and Fireworks: The fun will continue at Veterans Memorial Park, 1650 Buchanan Blvd. from 4:00PM to 10:00PM. Entry is $20 per vehicle. Food, music and games will be available. The fireworks show begins at 9:00PM.
