Demos Begin at Dam Roast House & Browder Bookstore

We just wanted to share the great news that they’ve received their opening permits to begin demolition at the coming Dam Roast House & Browder Bookstore!

We told you about this venture back in May, HERE where we introduced you to these three young entrepreneurs! They’ve been steadily working on getting all of their approvals, permits and such in place and have finally been able to begin construction!

Of note, also, they are the first ever business in Boulder City to receive the new RDA Historic Preservation Grant, which was approved by our City Council back in February. If you’re not familiar with this, we told you all about it HERE.

Their neighbors on the upper side of the Browder Building which will become Big T’s Cantina have also been making progress! So if you’re downtown in the area, be sure to swing by and say hello, and take a peek as they move along on these two new businesses.

Congrats to all of these amazing new business owners!
