We told you a few months back HERE about the new building downtown located at 1304 Wyoming that is destined to be a new childcare center – Jack and the Beanstalk. Today, along with owner Patti Jack, we’ve got an inside tour for you!
She showed us around – both of us masked and practicing appropriate distancing for indoors, of course – and we were so impressed! Not only is this place quite large, they have lots of different rooms for the children, divided by ages and needs, and they appear to be outfitted really nicely.
Patti tells us they are working their way through the last of the state approvals process. Once done, they will hope to open shortly after. Mind you of course they will also be practicing whatever CDC guidelines are in place for child care centers, which are deemed necessary businesses.
They will take children and infants from as young as 6 weeks, to 10 years of age, and they are doing tours now for interested parents. To get a tour, you can email Patti at pattianne.jack@gmail.com, or check out their Facebook page and give them a call at (702) 293-4769. We wish them the best of luck in finishing off this process.
