Young Hearts Theater Group to Perform Friday and Saturday

The Young Hearts Theater Group, under the direction of Pastor Kimber Govett of the Boulder City United Methodist Church are pleased to announce their first performance. They have chosen "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" for this family friendly event. Admission is FREE. The play will be performed at the Elaine K Smith Building, located at 700 Wyoming Street. There will be two performances, both at 6:00PM: one on Friday, February 24 and the second performance on Saturday, February 25.

We told you about this new performance group last year. You can read the story HERE. Over the last several months, "We have grown in our friendships and have shared many transforming experiences.  Our young people have grown in their confidence and ability to perform on stage.  The Young Hearts Theater Group is a place where all are welcome and everyone gets the chance to shine!  Above all, we learn teamwork, kindness, respect, and how to encourage one another!" said Pastor Govett.

The children are excited to put on this production with the help of their volunteers and hope the community will come out and support them and the hard work they've done over the last several months. Break a leg, kids!
