The City of Boulder City in partnership with the Boulder City Hospital and the Southern Nevada Health District are making COVID-19 testing available here in town, on May 18th and 19th, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
To make an appointment, you should call no later than the 14th at 702-293-9256. You MUST be a Boulder City resident to participate!
They have up to 400 test kits available, and they are on a first-come, first serve basis. So after the 14th no more appointments (currently) will be scheduled.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE ANTI-BODY TEST. This is a test to see if you CURRENTLY have the disease, this is NOT a test to see if you have been exposed at some time in the past.
So if you’re symptomatic, have traveled, or feel you may have been exposed to the coronavirus for any reason, here’s your chance to get tested locally. It’s a snap-shot check, to see if you currently have the virus.
Those tested will be notified by phone of their results, approximately 1 week after the tests have been performed.
