We got word yesterday that the Volunteers of America who have always owned and operated the Homestead of Boulder City have now sold that to a new company. And we have to say that as of right now, we’ve got a good feeling about it.
The new company is based in Orange County, CA and is The Bascom Group.They have just taken over as of this week so they’re hustling and things are pretty fluid right now, but in talking to one of their representatives we’re open to seeing and hearing what their plans are, and excited to meet the new leadership. For now, what we can share is the name of the senior living apartment complex will change to River Run Senior Apartments.
