Congratulations to Kacey Robb, who was crowned Miss Boulder City 2012 last Saturday night! Kacey’s pageant win brings her $3,000 in scholarship money and she also won $500 for Best Essay for the second consecutive year.
The Runner Up winners were: Mikaela Stevens as First Runner Up (with a $2,500 scholarship); Cameron Kanaley as Second Runner Up (with a $2,000 scholarship); Emilia Oscilowicz as Third Runner Up (with a $1,500 scholarship).
Double honors went to Annalisa Dodge for taking the awards for both Miss Congeniality and Miss Photogenic.
