Wake the World Lake Mead returns on Saturday, September 22nd when the staff of Boulder Boats, along with some of their very gracious customers and friends, will be taking the children and staff of St. Jude’s Ranch for Children out for a fun filled day on Lake Mead.
This will be the second annual event held for the children of St. Jude’s. The staff and customers of Boulder Boats will take the children and staff out for a day on Lake Mead skiing, wakeboarding, surfing and tubing and Kristina Litjens of Boulder Boats says that they will have at least ten wakeboard specific boats on the water to teach the kids.
“We are so excited for this event and to be able to give our children a much needed day of fun on the lake” says Veronica Huening of St. Jude’s Ranch for Children. “Most of our children and families have never even been on a boat; much less had an opportunity to learn a new, fun and exciting water sport. I think our kids are going to be especially thrilled with the Pro Riders. This event is going to create memories for a lifetime. We can’t wait!”
