Most folks in town likely know that The Bistro closed its doors a couple of months ago due to the very sad and all-too-early passing of its owner, Bryce Hansen – for which we send our deepest condolences to his family.
A bright spot on the horizon in all this is that it appears they (or someone else) will be re-opening the restaurant soon, as the ‘Closed until further notice’ sign in the window has changed to one that reads ‘Re-Opening Soon’.
We’ll keep an eye on it and let you know when they’re open and you can show ’em some of that Boulder City love!
