We’re always happy to see a new business open up here in town! This weekend is the Grand Opening of the newest retail shop out on the Parkway – stop by and welcome Your CBD Store to Boulder City!
Located at 1408 Boulder City Parkway, right next to Sudz Laundry, this classy little environment is here now to help folks find relief from a variety of ailments that is a growing trend all over the US and abroad.
CBD, also called cannabidiol, is a compound found in industrial help plants, and is not marijuana, and it doesn’t get you ‘high’.
We asked what was different about this particular franchise or brand of products, and we were told that this company is working to try to standardize the industry, which is currently unregulated. We spoke to the owner Steve Nguyen (pictured right, who also owns Royal Nails and Kangen Water we’ve told you about, next door) and he shared a few things that we thought were special.
All of their products are certified USDA Organic – which is a big deal, and not easy to achieve. Also, the company that makes this particular brand of CBD products has a QR code on the back of each and every product, and from that you can learn more and see studies on what specifically this product is designed to do. They tell us that you can trust the labeling – what they say is in the product is exactly what you’ll get, and it’s all pesticide and lead free as well.
There are lots of companies out there, some of them are more reputable than others, and we have more than a few friends who have hopped on the trend to share, sell and promote similar products. From this chair, I’d say to go check it out and give them a try, and let’s focus on supporting a new local franchise, as opposed to ordering something online. (Bezos gets enough of our money, wouldn’t you say!)
