One of the biggest transitions that took place in 2020, was the sale of Evan’s Old Town Grille, and the plans that slowly evolved over this past year.
But now, they’re ready to go! We introduced you to Ken Simpson HERE, and are beyond thrilled to share that The Dam Bistro begins a soft opening (by invitation only) today, January 8th, 2021! They are taking reservations for Sunday and beyond now, and if you need the address, it’s located at 1129 Arizona Street. Call for a reservation at 702-844-8500.
Pictured above, (left to right) you’ll see a few familiar faces: Wendy, a long-time server at Evan’s, Owner/Chef Ken Simpson, Alexis, Barbara, and Desiree – and this lovely staff is training in and ready to serve you!
Hours will be 4pm – 9pm Wednesday thru Sunday evenings, they have indoor seating and two tables outside with heaters. They’ve got a full bar with wine, beer and lots of fun and delectable cocktail concoctions for you to try! Wait, but what about the food! Check out the their menu below.
