This Saturday, September 28th is National Public Lands Day and in honor of it, entrance fees will be waived at Lake Mead National Recreation Area!
National Public Lands Day began in 1994 to encourage caring for the nation’s shared lands and today, it is the largest hands-on volunteer effort to improve and enhance publicly held lands.
Fees for camping, lake use or use of concessions still apply. Enjoy!
