BOOYAH!! I’ve got the scoop on the new Chinese/Asian restaurant opening in the former Little Dumplings location (1420 Nevada Hwy., right next door to the A & W)!
Over the past few weeks, our faithful Fans have been reporting in that construction has been happening and then a few days ago, Fan Amy Garcia delivered the breaking news that signage was up!
I stopped by to get the scoop and spoke with a SUPER friendly gentleman named Lawrence…he said that they’re deep in construction (true, based on the inside at the moment), have filed for all of their permits (both the City and the Health Dept.) and that they are hoping to open in the first half of January. Ideally, sooner…but you KNOW how long these things take.
The food will be Asian Fusion cuisine…so a little Chinese, a little Thai, a little this, a little that, etc. – so I can hardly wait to see what the menu looks like. I tried to score a copy of it for us, but alas…they’re still being printed. Drat!
I really liked Lawrence and based on our conversation – he’s quite excited to become a part of the Boulder City community…so I’ll keep you in the loop as he slips me more details!
