Look what’s not in front of the adorable house at Fifth Street and Avenue G anymore…a “For Sale” sign! I wish I could take credit for noticing it, but alas…I have to admit that the new owners contacted me about a month ago to let me know they’d closed escrow and were moving in that weekend.
They said they know and love everything about the house and are looking forward to giving it the love and attention that it’s been missing over the past couple of years. So it seems that this beautiful piece of property is now in good hands…thought you’d like to know!
