Word on the street is that the Fifth Street Christmas Light House is part of the AAUW Boulder City Home Tour this coming Saturday (December 13th, 2014) — so if you love what they do to the outside of their house…here’s your chance to check out the inside (and have free hot cocoa, too)!
Other stops on this year’s tour will be Grace Community Church (free cookies are here!), two historic homes and a room at the Boulder Dam Hotel.
All for a $10 ticket, which can be purchased from any AAUW Member (listed on their website’s contact form here) or at the Boulder Dam Hotel.
AAUW raises money through this event and their bi-annual Wine & Chocolate Tasting in order to provide scholarships for women who have left school for any reason and are now returning. You can find out more information about the organization on their website by clicking here!
