We were excited to see local favorite, Mariscos El Soto Loco, open their doors yesterday at their new location, 1208 Boulder City Parkway. We took a peek before anyone else was there. The food is still fantastic, the employees are friendly and efficient and the owner, Ervin, still happily presiding over it all!! The restaurant is now open seven days a week from 11:00AM to 9:00PM Monday thru Thursday and 11:00AM to 10:00PM Friday thru Sunday. They still have a full bar and will continue to offer live music at their new location as well. While we were there, people were placing to go orders and being seated in the new restaurant. It’s so nice to see our favorites thriving!!
