Riders can join the Easter Bunny at the Nevada State Railroad Museum! It promises to be a fun time and a special holiday memory, especially for the youngest riders. The dates for the rides are as follows:
- Saturday, March 25 from 5:00PM to 8:30PM
- Sunday, March 26 from 5:00PM to 8:30PM
- Saturday, April 1 from 5:00PM to 8:30PM
- Sunday, April 2 from 5:00PM to 8:30PM
- Friday, April 7 from 3:00PM to 8:30PM
- Saturday April 9 from 5:00PM to 8:30PM
From the Nevada State Railroad Museum website:
“Hop on the “Bunny Train” for an adventure: a train ride for about 30 minutes with Story Time; hop off at the railyard event center for about 45 minutes. Includes a photo op with the Easter Bunny, a BBQ sandwich or hot dog by TrailHound Smokers and refreshments for sale by Chilly Jilly’z, and Friend’s souvenirs. Play historic games and learn about Boulder City and its railroad history.”
The cost to ride varies on the type of accommodations requested. The prices range from $30 to $50 for adults and $25 to $45 for children (1-11 years old). Children under one are free (lap child). There is a discount for the Friends of Nevada Southern Railroad Members.
