The Beauty Kitchen Boutique (501 Nevada Way, Suite 5) in Boulder City will be offering complimentary self-care kits to employed essential workers starting on Wednesday, April 29. The regular value of the kits is $150 – and they will be offered at NO COST for to up to 200 Essential Workers.
In total, the plant-based skincare boutique will offer 200 complimentary kits on a first-come-first-serve basis (one per person), each filled with Beauty Kitchen wellness staples including all-purpose cleaner, hand sanitizer, body scrub and a reusable sports water bottle plus gift certificates for post-quarantine services including $50 towards any spa service from Simply Radiant, heated workout at Hot Worx and a free yoga or Pilates class from The Studio Boulder City. No purchase is necessary to receive a kit.
“Just like our first responders and health care workers, our food service, pharmacy, transportation workers, warehouse and other essential workers are putting themselves on the front lines of this very scary battle,” said Beauty Kitchen founder, Heather Marianna. “These people are not only putting themselves at risk but putting the lives of their families at risk too, so they can go to work every day, enabling us access to necessities. I wanted to show my appreciation to these front-line heroes by treating them to wellness essentials they can use to stay safe and detox from everything going on in the world right now.”
Self-care kits can be redeemed by currently employed essential workers with a work badge or most recent paystub via curbside pickup at the boutique starting at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29.
