Facebook Fan Hannah Dey asked me to spread the word on a “Stand for Norway” event that is taking place on Friday, August 5th at 11:30am at the Boulder City High School flag pole….which of course, I’m happy to do!
Their plan is have as many students and community members as possible stand together holding Norwegian flags and posters that read “Boulder City, NV, USA loves Norway”. Then, they’ll take a photo and post it on Facebook to show support for our Norwegian exchange students and the people of Norway.
If you’re lookin’ for a good place to be tomorrow, Friday, August 5th at 11:30am — the BCHS flag pole would be it!
