Our fancy new CVS is about to pick up a lot of shelf space when they phase out the sale of cigarettes, cigars and chewing tobacco by Oct. 1st!
The nation’s second-largest drugstore chain says that their decision is meant to help advance the side of their business that works with doctors, hospitals, etc. to improve the health of its customers.
Our CVS WILL be getting one of these in-store clinics, by the way…I was recently there and discovered that this is what the (currently covered) signage is on the outside of the building (facing Buchanan)…so there’s the scoop on that!
