The fine folks over at Toto’s Mexican Restaurant have two very special Valentine Specials featured this weekend. The first is Bistec a la Oscar. This prima flank steak is topped with a spicy medley of crab and shrimp. The meal is served with cream poblano peppers and frijoles charros. Soup or salad is also offered to complete the meal.
The second Valentine Special are Lobster Enmoladas. These are lobster enchiladas covered in mole. This meal is served with delicious cilantro rice and frijoles charros. Patrons will also have their choice of soup or salad.
