Chamber Announces "Best of Boulder City"

The Boulder City Chamber of Commerce recently asked the community to nominate and vote for the "Best of Boulder City". There were over 50 categories with nominations and the competition was fun and friendly. The winners were announced at last weekend's Spring Jamboree and we have all the winners for you here!

Winning both Volunteer of the Year and Citizen of the Year was the incomparable Barbara Agostini. You probably recognize Barb from Boulder City High School, or her various volunteer pursuits around our community. She's always willing to jump in and help whenever asked. We can't think of a more deserving person in our community to win both of these highly coveted awards! We send our congratulations to Barbara.

We also want to thank our readers for voting for us in the "Best Business Services" category. WE WON! We are so appreciative of all of you who continue to support our work and provide us with all the wonderful stories we highlight here in Boulder City. We are thankful for each one of you. Several of this year's winners were businesses or people we've highlighted recently. We've provided links to those stories next to the winner's name. Check them out.
