The 23rd Annual Wurst Festival is Saturday, September 28th from 10AM to 10PM at Bicentennial Park and our mouths are already watering for bratwurst and cold beers!
This year’s live auction items include: 2 golf carts (custom wrapped with Raiders and Knights artwork!), 4 VIP passes to the Vegas Mecum Auto Auction, a high end case of wine, a utility golf cart, a 68 Volkswagon, 1998 GMC Yukon (single owner), a 2004 Toyota Sienna Van, plus several other autos, a pair of Turbo E-Bikes, a Segway, and lots more! Plus, the silent auction tent is filled with baskets and a record high number of items this year!
In the afternoon, they’re switching it up with some live entertainment from what looks like a really fun group, ‘The Sweethearts’ performing hits from the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. Plus, don’t forget they expanded the kids zone area, so you can trade off watching the kiddos entertain themselves, while you go grab a drink and shop the Silent Auction too! End the night dancing on the street to the sounds of DJ extraordinaire, Mike Pacini.
Food will of course include brats and hot dogs, as well as 8 different other food trucks, so there should be something for everyone. Five different beers will be on tap as well as margaritas – so drink up!
Remember, it’s always for a great cause to fund Boulder City Sunrise Rotary projects around town, including the most famous drug-and-alcohol-free All Night Grad Party for the BCHS graduating class.
