The photo above was sent to us by our good friend Tiane Marie, Manager of the Boulder City/Hoover Dam Museum. Taken on May 29, 1935 it shows the final cement being poured on the Hoover Dam arch. That looks like Frank Crowe on the left there, (but that is not 100% certain).
Regardless, we thought this was a fitting image to the end of this year. If we can pull together as American’s to complete this modern marvel of engineering, then let’s also pull together and come out of this pandemic and all of the challenges of the past year, and make ourselves a fantastic 2021! Happy New Year!
