After a little conversation between Fans – we have an answer to the burning question about what all the smoke was on Lake Mead this past weekend (pun entirely intended).
Fan Bart Cops asked the question on the page, which Kirsten C. Ashley answered with “Yes, it was a 28′ boat fire apparently caused by an electrical problem. The owners, husband and wife, were able to jump into the water and were picked up by a passing civilian watercraft. The boat burned all the way to the waterline in less than an hour.”
And then today – Fan Beth Walker posted a photo taken from their boat…see below. Now that’s Fan Teamwork! 🙂
