Sweet – an update from Scratch House itself! True to their promise of keeping BC Social Fans in the know as soon as they have good scoop – here’s the latest timeline for the opening of the restaurant!
Construction will officially commence this Tuesday, August 26th – they’ve just received the green light from the City and the Health Dept. to begin the process. Their projected time frame for the build-out is two months and their design plan will “honor the era of early Boulder City”.
So by early November, assuming everything stays on schedule, they’ll be ready to open their doors to Boulder City! Here’s a photo I took last weekend, just for fun. They truly have completely gutted the old Big Horn Restaurant – so it would appear that the food isn’t the only thing they’re creating from scratch!!
