The next time you’re cruisin’ through the pet supply store (or the market or dollar store, for that matter) and feel like doing something super nice to help our furry friends, here are the top three things that you can donate to help the four-legged guests of the Boulder City Animal Shelter
1. Bleach (any brand) – because it’s all about keeping the cages safe and clean.
2. Laundry Detergent (any brand – powdered or liquid) – because they go through towels and rags like you’ve never seen.
3. Plain Clay Cat Litter (any brand, but non-clumping) – must be non-clumping litter because the clumping kind damages the cages when they get wet. Meow!
