Terrible day for some folks in Boulder City on Monday afternoon when an apartment building burned down at the intersection of Wyoming Street and Avenue L. There were no fatalities, thankfully and per the news story, everyone was treated for minor injuries and/or smoke inhalation at local hospitals. Below is the video piece from Fox 5 Vegas news for you.
Also, if you would like to help the victims (who it seems lost everything), a post to the Boulder City Social Facebook page lists 1510 Sandra Drive as an address you can bring donations of any kind. Some clothing specifics were offered, as well:
- Girl: size 5/6 in clothes and size 12 kids in shoes
- Boy: size 4/5 in clothes and size 11 kids in shoes
- Man: size large in shirts and 34-36 in pants
- Woman: size medium in shirts and 5-6 in pants
