There was plenty of news coverage of this morning’s Ground Breaking Event of the largest home development in Boulder City in 30 years.

The 127 homes will be developed over 3 years, keeping within the Boulder City Growth Ordinance guidelines, and the plans for the various home styles along with estimated prices (in the $400,000 range) were debuted last week. You can read more about them from this story in the Review Journal.
