Good folks be sure to note that once again (and we guess, pretty much every year for the foreseeable future!) the dry lake bed area of Eldorado Valley will be closed over the Independence Day Holiday.
The closure begins at 6am on Saturday, July 3rd and will remain in effect until 6am on July 5th. The city emphasizes that added police patrols will be on hand to ensure safety. So…..bottom line is that even though we know everyone is feeling the need to party and light-off some fireworks to celebrate this year, you’d best find another spot!
