They were the talk of the town last week, and the military helicopters will be back Wednesday and Thursday! There will be approximately twenty-five aircraft arriving in groups throughout Wednesday afternoon and evening and they will depart Thursday en route to their destination. The helicopters will include aircraft from the Black Hawk, Apache and Chinook classes. The public may observe the aircraft from the observation area at Veterans Memorial Park, across from the airport (shown below). Please do not attempt to access the airport to view the helicopters.
