Job Description – Reservation Staff
Starting Pay: $12-15/hour DOE

Qualifications:
Our office and reservation staff are the voice of our company. Reservation staff will field incoming phone calls, take reservations, organize trip manifests, answer emails and voicemails, and coordinate logistics with guides, drivers, as well as serve guests in our retail location. Strong communication and clear speaking skills are a must. Applicants must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, comfortable navigating the internet, and possess basic to intermediate computer skills. Preference will be given to those with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel experience. Responsibilities will include basic accounting and bookkeeping, running daily reports, and filing. Solid problem-solving skills are necessary and the ability to work efficiently and quickly is important.
In addition to a basic office duties, qualified applicants must also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and finish many projects competently. Office staff must demonstrate a solid work ethic, possess high standards, be detail-oriented, and extremely organized. Applicants must be able to make proper decisions quickly, work calmly in tense or chaotic situations, and be efficient within a team. You must always act in a professional manner, and dress according to your job function.

Additional Info:
SEASON: Desert Adventures operates year-round, but our peak season is February through November. Candidates do not need to be available year-round to be considered for employment, but you must be available during peak season.
TRAINING: On-the-job paid training is available internally for this position and will be paid at $12/hour for a maximum of 30 days, $13/hour for a maximum of 60 days, and $14 for a maximum of 90 day during introductory period. Introductory reviews at the end of 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days may be conducted if deemed necessary.
