1. Home Page (It’s the main page of the site, so that seems natural), with well over 55,000+ page views!
2 and 3. Job Board Folks were looking for work this year again, and many of our local businesses needed to hire, making it both the #2 and #3 most viewed pages on the site. (Updated with job opportunities throughout the year)
4. Yard Sales. (Updated each week as new yard sale listings are submitted – this is free for all, so don’t forget to take advantage!)
5. Upcoming Events. Our beloved local events had a banner year in 2022 and we’re so happy you found out about them with us!
6. Ugliest House In America? The HGTV show “The Ugliest House in America” came to Boulder City this year, and crowned the famous dome house the Winner on September 4th.
7. The Farmer’s Market Moving Indoors. Held the first and third Friday of each month, the fact that they moved this event inside at the BC Home Church, located on 1100 Adams Blvd. was a big deal!
8. Business News Posts. (Updated weekly throughout the year – a recap of our Sidebar Advertising Partners news, deals and special offers. #shoplocal) We are very happy to see this made the list in the top 10, now several years in a row!
9. Lighthouse Kitchen is Beacon For Good Food. This iconic location got a facelift and new owners late this Summer.
10. Jobs – Page 3 – again showing the need for folks to find work as the economy continued to bounce along and recover.
11. The Christmas House on Fifth Street 20th Anniversary. This iconic local Christmas tradition turned 20 this year, and they rang it in with style! Lots of special things happening, music, street performances were enjoyed by thousands as they turned on the lights at Dale and Dyanah’s home. Thank you for another great year!

13. Boulder City’s Nature Trail and Discovery Garden. Well isn’t this a hoot! All the way back in 2017 our friend and guest columnist Noreen Kenny wrote up a great article about this local walking trail. It’s a locals and visitors fav so we’re so glad to see it being searched and viewed to this day!
14. The 2023 Boulder City Holiday Season Roundup. We could not get enough of the Holiday Season this year it seems! So honored we are your go-to source for what’s happening in town!
15. Boulder City Social Is Now BoulderCity.com. This cracks us up! Because we put this out over 6 years ago on September 17, 2017, but this year it still ranked in the top 20. Go figure.

18. The Bullet Train at Railroad Pass. This new dining and drinking establishment at Railroad Pass sure does look appealing! We’ll keep you posted of course as they get closer to opening.

20. Pinkbox Donuts is Coming to Boulder City. Sometime in the year ahead we will hope to see the former Little City Grill location begin to transform into this pink little sweet shop!
Other stories and news also in the limelight included the departure of Rail Explorers, the new warehousing that will be built in the Eldorado Valley, The Elite RV Project (status unknown) and the new Huevos Avenue dining establishment. We know there is much that will continue to happen here in town as we know of several other projects underway that are full of opportunities and excitement.
Also, Miss Tina Cluver, and I Jean Widner are beyond happy to meet all of you and report on what’s happening here in town.
